I started bodybuilding after I was diagnosed with Osteo-Arthritis in both knees in 2007 when my doctor was recommending knee replacement surgery. I could hardly walk from the parking lot to my office and envisioned myself needing a walker. . . so, when I asked for some alternatives, my doc prescribed (recommended) 600 mg of Glucosamine Sulfate 2x day and 600 mg of Omega-3 Fish Oil 2x a day, he advised me to loose weight, and do moderate exercise. I did everything he said, except I opted for heavier weight-training which led me to where I am today--competative bodybuilding, and I'm doing it naturally, of course. I think it is essential for anyone considering bodybuilding to work with a pro--if you want to be a bodybuilder you need to work with one! You can't learn this from a book or even a library of books.

I met Joe last year and he first guided me with proper posing. Soon after my last show, I hired him to overlook my diet and workouts. These past months working with Joe has allowed my strength to increase and muscle develope. Looking forward to continued success!
